Q: I didn’t receive my emailed receipt, how can I access my order?
A: Each customer’s receipt is an auto-generated email sent to the email address entered on the order. Sometimes, these make their way into spam/junk/promotional folders in certain email services. Please check these extras folders within your email account. Emailed receipts come from ‘Chickie & Roo Homeschool’ if using the search feature. You may also log in to your account here on the Chickie & Roo site to access past orders and files purchased. If these steps do not resolve your issue, please kindly reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send your files immediately!
Q: What is the return policy on orders?
A: Due to the nature of digital files, refunds are not accepted unless a duplicate purchase was placed. If you experience any issues with your order in the form of accessing, downloading, printing, etc, please email me and I will gladly assist you right away!
Q: Can I use these resources in a group setting?
A: All resources created for Chickieandroo.com may not be replicated, duplicated, altered, or redistributed in any way. However, all resources are available to be re-printed for personal use in one home. In addition, resources may be used in a group setting outside of the home to facilitate a lesson, but it is not permitted for multiple copies to be produced and distributed to multiple families. If you’d like more information on a discount rate for a group purchase, please contact me at email@example.com and I will gladly assist you.
Q: Do you provide physical printed and shipped products?
A: Chickie & Roo only provides digital products at this time as is stated in each product description. If you’d like suggestions for how and where to print these digital resources, please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I am a subscriber, but didn’t have a chance to download my monthly subscription. Now it’s gone, what do I do?
A: Subscription links expire the last day of each month. Each monthly subscription is removed and the monthly content is uploaded in its place at the end of each month. I kindly suggest downloading the monthly subscription content and saving to your computer at any point before the end of the month, even if you don’t intend to use the content at that time. In the event that you are unable to download your content before the subscription renews, kindly reach out to me at email@example.com and I will gladly send you any files you may be missing!
